Guided group discussions helping teens grow, connect, and navigate real life.
how it works
small groups
Small groups give teens the safety and connection they need to grow. In a smaller setting, teens are more likely to participate, feel seen, and engage in real conversations without pressure or spotlight. The environment is more respectful and structured, peer influence is healthier, and discussions can go deeper than in large groups. Over time, consistency builds trust, allowing teens to open up at their own pace and learn not just from an adult facilitator, but from each other as well.
weekly online sessions
Weekly online sessions provide consistency, structure, and accessibility for busy teens and families. Meeting online removes transportation barriers while still allowing meaningful connection through guided discussion and small-group interaction. The weekly rhythm helps teens build trust over time, stay engaged, and apply what they’re learning between sessions. With clear expectations and active facilitation, online sessions remain focused, respectful, and interactive—making it easier for teens to show up consistently and benefit from the group.
guided Coaching
These sessions are coaching and guidance-focused, not therapy. The goal is to help teens build practical life skills, confidence, and decision-making abilities through structured, guided conversation. Teens are encouraged to think critically, reflect on challenges, and explore solutions in a supportive environment—but they are not being diagnosed, treated, or analyzed. The facilitator provides direction, tools, and encouragement, while parents remain the primary influence, making this a growth-focused space rather than a clinical setting.
commonly asked questions
What is this group?
This is a small, weekly group for teens ages 15–18 focused on life skills, confidence, communication, and personal growth. Sessions are structured, guided, and discussion-based.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical services. This is a life-skills and growth-focused group.
What topics are discussed?
Topics may include confidence, decision-making, communication, handling pressure, relationships, boundaries, goals, and navigating everyday challenges teens face.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions include guided discussion, practical tools, group conversation, and reflection. Teens are never pressured to share personal details.
What if my teen doesn’t want to talk?
That’s completely okay. Participation does not require sharing personal experiences. Many teens benefit simply from listening and being part of the group.
How do you handle safety and boundaries?
Clear group guidelines are set from the start, including respect, confidentiality, and appropriate behavior. Sessions are supervised at all times.
Do you keep secrets from parents?
No. Teens’ privacy is respected, but not at the expense of safety. Parents are contacted if anything arises that affects a teen’s well-being.
What if a teen shares something serious or concerning?
If a safety or well-being concern comes up, parents are contacted directly. This is not a confidential therapy space.
How is conflict between teens handled?
Conflict is addressed calmly and promptly. Expectations are clear, and issues are handled to keep the group respectful and productive.
Why a group instead of one-on-one?
Teens often open up differently with peers. Group settings normalize challenges, reduce isolation, and allow teens to learn from each other in a safe environment.
Will parents receive updates?
Yes. Parents receive general updates about topics covered and group progress. Private peer conversations are not shared.
Can parents sit in on sessions?
No. This space is designed specifically for teens so they can engage more openly. Parents are always welcome to ask questions outside of sessions.
Who is this group for?
This group is for teens who are generally doing okay but want to grow, build confidence, and develop life skills.
Who is this group not for?
This group is not appropriate for teens in active crisis or those needing clinical mental health support.
How much does it cost?
The investment is $50 per session or billed monthly at $185 per month.
What if it’s not a good fit?
If after the first couple of sessions it’s clearly not a good fit, we can talk. The goal is for this to genuinely benefit your teen.
What qualifications do you have?
The group is led by an experienced teen facilitator with a background in mentoring, leadership, and group facilitation. The role is to guide discussion, provide structure, and support growth—not replace parents or professionals.
What makes this appropriate for teens?
Teens are not told what to think. They are encouraged to think critically, communicate clearly, and make healthy decisions—while parents remain the primary influence.
